The Fjallraven Kanken was first designed in 1978 to help Swedish schoolkids avoid back pain while carrying heavy backpacks. It was quickly adopted by adults, and the design has become popular for decades. Its versatile design allows you to wear it as a backpack or purse, depending on your needs. It has a 16-liter compartment, two quick-access pockets on each side, and webbed straps for a secure fit.
The Kanken raven backpack is made from Vinylon-F, a material that can withstand water and dirt. The Kanken can be cleaned with warm water and soap. Its rugged construction will withstand many years of outdoor use, and you'll feel safe knowing it's protected.
