What are some reliable ways to grow an Instagram audience without relying on artificial follower counts? I’m curious how people balance consistent content, genuine engagement, and promotion when they’re trying to build a following that actually interacts with their posts. It would also be useful to know which signs show that an audience is genuinely interested rather than just increasing the number on a profile.

Growing an Instagram account seems to be more about attracting the right audience than simply increasing follower numbers. Consistent content, interaction with followers, and understanding what people actually respond to all seem to play a role. It also made me think about how audience quality and engagement are often more important than the size of the profile alone.
