In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

I went through this process not long ago, and honestly, it was smoother than I expected. As a non-resident, I thought I’d have to travel to Latvia or deal with endless paperwork, but most of it can be handled online.
