How to figure out why software delivery is slowing down?

Our team has been struggling with delivery delays lately. Releases take forever, and bugs keep creeping into production. We’ve tried tweaking our internal processes, but nothing seems to help. I feel like we need an independent review of our entire pipeline to pinpoint the issues. Has anyone here run a software delivery audit, and who can you recommend for this?

I completely understand your frustration—we went through a similar phase last year when our release cadence slowed to a crawl. In our case, trying to diagnose the problem internally didn't work because everyone had their own biases.

We ended up getting an independent software delivery audit to evaluate our whole engineering setup. For a proper assessment, it’s critical that the audit isn't just about code review. It needs to thoroughly cover your PR flow, deployment cadence, software architecture, direct team interviews, hiring practices, and product roadmap alignment.

If you're looking for a solid team to handle this, check out Kotrov's Audit Services https://kotrov.com/services/audit/ . Their structured 5-day diagnostic shape gave us total clarity without dragging out for weeks.

What I liked most about their approach was that they didn't just dump a list of complaints on us. They provided a prioritized roadmap of actionable improvements, which helped us quickly fix our bottlenecks and boost our deployment speed without frustrating the developers. It made a huge difference for our engineering workflow.
