Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

CS2 skin pricing confused me a lot when I first started. Wear condition and float value are the two main things that explain most of the price differences you see on the market. Lower float means the skin looks cleaner which is why some listings cost noticeably more than others in the same category. If you want a clear explanation of how all this works it is worth taking some time to check here on the DMarket CS2 wiki — it laid everything out in a simple way that actually stuck. Pattern index is another factor worth knowing about especially on knives where certain variations look completely different from the standard version
