Data archiving software for storing reports

Hello everyone, does anyone here have a job with a huge pile of documentation? I wanted to ask how you organize all these documents. Do you use a platform for this?

Data archiving often gets overlooked until storage becomes a problem—but it’s actually one of the smartest moves you can make early on. Whether you’re preserving compliance reports or just keeping your system lean, a solid archiving solution makes retrieval faster and storage lighter. Plus, when designed properly, it can become a quiet but crucial part of your overall software stack. This is exactly the kind of architecture that mobile app development helps teams implement—solutions that are smart, scalable, and invisible until you need them. The best software doesn’t just solve problems—it prevents them before they start.

How do you store all your documentation now? I currently work in a financial company and I am responsible for reporting. About a month ago we urgently needed to find reports for the last 7 years, but the documents were on different old servers. From that moment on, I realized that I needed to find some kind of data archiving solutions so that everything was in one place and I decided to try the ShareArchiver platform, which we now use at work. There is a convenient search and quick access to the necessary archives, and now it is much better to manage all the documentation.
