Zemer Sting (zemer)
My dad's doctor gave him topical steroids for shoulder arthritis. Could that work for lifting pain?

That's prescription corticosteroid different mechanism. Doesn't build muscle. For lifting pain that's actually joint or tendon? I'd look at BPC-157 or even just nandrolone. Personally I ran NPP (nandrolone phenylprop) 200mg/week with test e 400mg. Got it through topical steroids search? Nah — found it on roidshopmiami when I was looking for deca alternatives. NPP clears faster so you can bail if sides hit. Pinned EOD. My elbow tendinitis faded by week 4. No comparison to any topical.
