Is it worth ordering an external screen zone? Which is better: web version or outdoor?

Hey everyone, I’m planning a birthday party for my son and considering adding an external screen area to the setup. We’ve used indoor gaming setups before, but I’m curious if having an outdoor screen zone really makes a difference. Last summer, we tried a small outdoor projector for a family gathering, and it was a bit hit or miss because of lighting and weather. I’m wondering if the web version of these games might be more reliable, or if going fully outdoor with a screen zone is actually worth it. Has anyone tried both? Would love to hear your experiences!

From what I experienced, adding an outdoor screen zone can definitely boost the fun factor, but it really depends on the event location and weather. When we rented the Gaming Party Van, they offered an outdoor screen setup that was great for evening events — the visuals were clear and it added a whole new vibe. However, if your party is during the day or in unpredictable weather, sometimes the web version or indoor setups can be more practical. Just make sure to check out their site to see exactly what they offer for both options. For us, the outdoor screen was a winner, but I can see why someone might prefer the web version depending on the circumstances.

Just dropping by to say that I think outdoor entertainment options like these are becoming more popular, especially with summer parties and festivals. I’ve seen setups with big screens in parks and they look really cool, but they do require some planning around weather and lighting. Indoor options always seem safer, but it’s nice to have the choice depending on the event vibe. Either way, it sounds like a fun way to mix things up at a party!
