Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Why do we need a credit history and how can I build it with a credit card?

Think of it like your financial reputation. The better it is, the easier it is to get loans with faster approval and better terms. In other words, credit history is the key to bigger loans, financing, installments, and stuff like that. If you want it, you can definitely get a credit card, like through this mobile banking app, with free service and good cashback rates. A credit card from Roarbank is perfect for someone just starting to build their credit history.

Well, a good credit history is actually really cool, it opens up a lot of options with banks. I have a friend who dreams of opening his own coffee shop one day. He’ll definitely need a big small-business loan, and right now he often takes small loans that he knows he can pay back, pays them off, and that builds a good image with the bank.

I keep hearing everyone needs a credit history, and I guess I do too. Though I used to think the best credit history is having none. And nobody really tells me why I need it. Just “you need it.” Can you explain why and how to build it?
