In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Are you sure that your provider does not have the ability to make card payments online? Maybe you connected something incorrectly? I searched for about a week, merchant account service provider and eventually found a provider at https://merchantservices-usa.com/ , we chose Stax and it specializes in high-volume business and it works on a fixed monthly fee and has a small markup. By the way, I also have regular payments all the time, you can review their terms, I think this provider might be right for you too.
