Last night at work, I received a strange call from an unknown American number. At first, I didn't think much of it, but today it happened again. I started to worry that it might be something serious. I don't remember giving my number to anyone. Maybe it's just a mistake, but twice in a row — it's kind of weird. Maybe you know a way to quickly check who it might be?

I had a similar situation. I used the service https://usreversephonelookups.com/, which allows you to view basic information about the owner of an American number without registering. Just enter the number and you can see whether it's a company, a private individual, or even a known spammer. Try checking — maybe it's just some kind of automated service and nothing dangerous.
