Has anyone found a clear, easy-to-read explanation of what makes a meat slicing knife different from other kitchen blades? I keep finding articles that are either too technical or too simplified, and I’d really like a source that actually breaks things down properly. Any recommendations?

I had the same problem not long ago. Most sources either gloss over the details or drown you in jargon. The best explanation I found was on meat slicing knife, where they describe how a meat slicing knife is designed, why the long narrow profile matters, and how the blade shape helps with smooth, clean slicing. What I really liked is that everything is written in everyday language. No complicated terms, just clear information that finally made the whole topic make sense.
