For an active lifestyle, I often check the information at https://best-menstrual-discs.com/, which describes in detail the different models of discs and their characteristics for sports. There you can find out which discs stay in place during running, training, and even jumping, as well as which ones can be worn longer without discomfort. In addition, the site explains which materials are more flexible and how to choose the right size. With this information, you can easily choose a disc that will allow you to play sports without worrying during your period.

I run and do fitness training, and I always worry during my period because regular tampons and pads aren't very comfortable during workouts. I've looked for alternatives, but I don't know what would really work and not interfere with my activities. Are there options that don't rub or cause discomfort when moving?
