Clients and the cost of services or products are one side of it. But in my opinion, company profit can also be influenced from the inside, for example, by stopping losing money on routine. I recommend you to visit the SPD Technology website, they offer services for developing different software bots that work 24/7, speed up processes like invoice processing and filling out docs multiple times, and help with scaling. Where one employee completes one task, a bot can close dozens at the same time. And speed is also something that affects profit.

For me, profit is always about clients. About the number of clients, the quality of working with them and all that. The more clients move into the category of regular, loyal audience, the better.

I get that to increase profit it’s not enough to just raise prices. It feels like total profit is made up of a bunch of different factors, but which ones exactly, I haven’t fully figured out yet. Anyway, if there are any suggestions, I’d gladly consider them.
