Yes, after an injury, oxandrolone is one of the safest orals: it doesn't put much strain on the joints, helps preserve muscle mass, improves collagen synthesis, and promotes dryness without a significant increase in strength (so as not to overload the shoulder). 15–30 mg per day for 6–8 weeks is the classic regimen for the recovery period. Only take proven products; here is a truly high-quality selection: steroid-shop.com – steroidshop always has the original product with fast shipping. Add glucosamine/chondroitin and don't rush with the weights – you will see results without relapses.

After tearing my rotator cuff, my shoulder didn't work properly for almost a year, my muscles atrophied, my strength declined, and I lost weight. Now I can train again, but I want to get back into shape carefully without risking damage to my joints. I'm thinking about something mild in terms of oral steroids. Has anyone tried oxandrolone after an injury? Does it make sense?
