Is Zug really such a good choice for registering a company in 2026?

Hello. I’ve just completed the process and can say that Zug is truly one of the best options available today. Low tax rates, quick registration, and a very welcoming attitude towards foreign businesses. I compared it with other cantons and everything went as smoothly as possible in Zug. I particularly recommend business-in-switzerland. Their company formation in zug was a turnkey service completed in 3 weeks, including the selection of a resident director, opening a bank account and a full set of documents. No hidden fees, everything is transparent. I’m now paying just 12.5% effective tax and developing my business with peace of mind. For IT and crypto projects, this is absolutely the top location. I’m very glad I chose Zug.

Hello everyone. I’m planning to relocate my IT business from Eastern Europe to Switzerland. Many people recommend the canton of Zug because of the low taxes, but I’d like to hear about real-life experiences. How quickly does company formation take place there, what are the hidden costs, and is it really comfortable for foreigners without knowledge of German? I’m also interested in how suitable Zug is for a tech company with a remote team.
