Recently, I've noticed more and more that even a strong team begins to tire faster when there's too much confusion and constant urgent clarification within processes. People seem to be working actively, but their energy is spent not on tasks but on endless approvals and information searches. I'd like to know how you organize processes within your team? What has really helped make work calmer and more understandable for employees without unnecessary pressure and chaos?

When a company's processes become too numerous, employees begin to spend a huge amount of time not on the work itself, but on trying to understand endless messages, tables, and clarifications. We experienced this too and tried for a long time to solve the problem with constant calls and manual monitoring. But over time, it became clear that chaos couldn't be overcome with additional discussions alone. Then we decided to implement OKR Software for more transparent management of the team's goals and objectives. Gradually, employees began to better understand priorities, managers found it easier to track project progress, and unnecessary fussiness was noticeably reduced. Sometimes good processes energize a team more than any motivation.
