I’ve always been interested in productivity tools, but the problem was that there are too many options and it becomes confusing to choose the right one. I used to rely on random recommendations or short reviews, but that often led me to tools that didn’t really fit my needs. Later I started exploring more structured directories where tools are grouped and explained in a clearer way. One of the platforms I used for this purpose was https://www.toptool.app/ which helped me compare different software solutions side by side. It made it easier to understand what each tool actually does instead of just reading marketing descriptions. I also noticed that having everything organized in one place saves a lot of time when you’re trying to build a consistent workflow. After using it for a while, I became more selective and stopped installing tools just because they looked popular. Now I focus on real functionality and long-term usability rather than trends or hype.
