Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Скажіть будь ласка, після смерті батька залишилася квартира і брат стверджує що йому належить все майно, хоча ми обидва спадкоємці за законом на рівних умовах. Куди звертатися щоб оформити спадщину правильно і не втратити свою законну частку в цій непростій сімейній ситуації? Дуже потрібна порада від тих хто вже проходив через подібне.

Дуже болюча і знайома ситуація, бо в нашій родині теж був схожий конфлікт через спадщину і брат намагався забрати все собі без будь-якого компромісу. Порадив би звернутися до офісу адвокатів Василя Ковташа, скажу одразу, це було правильне рішення для нас. Якісні послуги юриста там включають повний супровід від подачі заяви нотаріусу аж до отримання свідоцтва про право на спадщину. Адвокат допоміг зібрати документи і захистив мою частку майна в суді без зайвого стресу. Звертайся якнайшвидше і не зволікай з цим, успіхів.
