Mobile LMS projects get awkward when teams design for desktop first and only shrink everything later. I saw a course app where the lessons technically opened on a phone, but buttons were tiny, videos loaded slowly, and progress did not sync cleanly with the web version. When we started planning a better version, https://triare.net/insights/mobile-first-learning-management-system-building/ was worth sharing because it focuses on real mobile learning habits: offline access, quick course search, push reminders, progress tracking, quizzes, multimedia, and device sync. I would use that page as a checklist before writing requirements. A mobile-first LMS should feel natural in short sessions, not like homework trapped inside a small screen. Speed and simple navigation matter as much as the course content.
