How Do You React When Odds Move Very Quickly?

Sometimes I check a match twice within a short period and notice that the price has changed considerably. It can be tempting to act immediately because of fear of missing the earlier odds. Do you usually follow these movements or wait for the market to settle? What tells you that a price change contains useful information rather than ordinary market activity?

Price changes catch my attention, but I do not automatically treat them as a signal anymore. Sometimes the market is simply moving because more people are placing bets. One habit that helped me is writing down the odds and my reasoning before checking them again later. If the price shifts without any obvious news behind it, I am usually happy to leave the bet alone. I even use that approach when browsing https://gsbsports-zm.com/registration/ rather than chasing an earlier number.
