MR WINE (wine66)
The wine contains alcohol ranging from 0% to 14%. The higher the percentage, the stronger the wine. The wine that has less than 2% alcohol content is considered a dry white wine while those with more than 8% are called sweet wines. A wine with 10% alcohol content is considered an extra-dry wine.
Wine also contains sugar. Sugar is a type of carbohydrate that is present in grapes. When the sugar level is high, the wine becomes sweeter. There are two types of sugars in wine: fructose and glucose. Fructose is sweeter than glucose. Glucose is the primary sugar in grape juice. Acidity refers to the amount of acidity in wine. Acids are responsible for tartness in wine. Tartness can range from mild to strong depending on the amount of acidity.
