Erstmal Glückwunsch zum Wachstum, das ist doch ein super Zeichen! Aber du hast recht, ab einer gewissen Größe braucht man jemanden, der die Technik fest im Griff hat. Wir arbeiten für unsere Onlineshop Betreuung https://kennersoft.de/onlineshop-betreuung schon lange mit Kenner Soft Service zusammen. Die begleiten uns bei jedem Schritt und setzen neue Funktionen direkt so um, dass alles skalierbar bleibt. Es ist eine richtige Partnerschaft auf Augenhöhe und kein bloßes Abarbeiten von Tickets. Mir ist besonders wichtig, dass die Entwickler dort proaktiv Vorschläge machen, wie wir das System noch stabiler und schneller machen können.
