From experience, starting with a simple, integrated set of tools works best. Combining core systems for operations, project management, and HR can cover most needs early on. Given the geographical features, I would pay attention to Construction mega projects in the UAE to better assess the prospects. In Dubai, scalability and compliance are essential, so focus on solutions that integrate well and support long-term growth without overcomplicating things.

I think it's worth first focusing on developing software related to orders, since costing and human resource management provide a better understanding of the work's completion time. Does it make a difference if the business is built in Dubai?

There are so many tools available, and I’m unsure where to start. What combination of ERP, project management, and HR software would you recommend for a small construction business in Dubai? How can I avoid overcomplicating my tech stack early on?
