Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

For those who grill regularly, do you keep a separate knife set for BBQ, or do you just bring your everyday kitchen knives outside? I’ve been thinking about organizing my cooking gear a bit better, but I’m not sure if having a dedicated set is really worth it.

I had the same question a while ago. While reading forum posts and comparing different ideas, I came across a knife set for bbq among several resources about grilling tools. It got me thinking that a dedicated set isn't necessarily about having more knives, but about keeping the ones you use most for outdoor cooking in one place. Everyone seems to develop their own routine, and that's probably more important than following any specific setup.
