Should you follow expert betting tips?

There are so many “expert” tips online, but can they really help? Do you follow tips blindly or combine them with your own research? How do you know which sources are trustworthy? Are tips better for beginners or can experienced bettors benefit too? Have you ever won big by following someone else’s advice, or was it mostly luck?

Honestly, following tips blindly is a recipe for a drained bankroll. I’ve been betting for three years and I only use "expert" advice as a starting point for my own spreadsheets. Most of those influencers just guess. I always cross-reference their picks with actual injury reports and weather conditions before placing anything. For example, when I use an online betting site like 1xbet, I mostly look for value in the underdog markets that the mainstream tips ignore. It’s better to win small on your own logic than lose big on someone else's hype.
