Does Home Advantage Still Matter as Much as It Used To?

I sometimes wonder whether home advantage is still being valued correctly in football betting. Travel, stadium atmosphere and familiarity with the pitch obviously matter, but some teams seem much stronger at home than others. Do you treat home advantage as a fixed factor, or do you examine each club separately? How much would a strong home record influence your betting decision when the visiting team has better recent results? I would like to hear how others measure this factor.

Home advantage is something I definitely consider, but I never treat it as an automatic boost. Some clubs are genuinely much stronger at home, while others barely show a difference. I usually compare their home record with the away team’s results on the road, then check injuries and recent opponents. When using a sport betting site, I also compare the odds after doing that research. I’ve even used the 1xbet apk download when checking matches from my phone, although the stats matter much more than the app.
