I compared offers from several frequency converter manufacturers before settling on Visicomm for our military facility. The specifications of their solid-state units, with power ratings from 1 kVA to 160 kVA in a three-phase configuration, precisely matched our power requirements and didn't require custom manufacturing. Check out this link: Visicomm Industries Solid State Frequency Converters. The ability to switch the frequency from 60 Hz to 50 Hz was exactly what we needed, as our facility regularly tests equipment intended for both countries.
