Set Date/Time format:

I have recently been promoted and now I am the boss of our company, and it is my responsibility to distribute tasks to my subordinates on a daily basis. But since I have never been a boss before, it is still difficult for me to handle this responsibility. Who can give me some advice, maybe there are some techniques that will help me to cope with the distribution of tasks among my subordinates more easily? I really hope for your help as I don't want to mess up in the first days of work.

Oh, you know, to become a really good boss, you need to work in this role for quite some time, to understand all the pros and cons of this job, and only after time you will learn to cope with all the responsibilities. Well, and for starters, in order to distribute tasks to subordinates was easier, I can advise you to use the application Task manager http://voiset.info/.
