Hello! Today I was thinking about how much the invisible side of a person affects relationships. ADHD is not just a medical term, it is a whole layer of everyday difficulties. And if you learn to notice the signals, respond with kindness, you can save what seems fragile.

When my wife and I started living together, I didn’t immediately understand why so many little things caused us to argue. Constant mood swings, forgetfulness, difficulties in communication — I initially perceived all of this as personality traits. Only later did we learn that she had ADHD. This explained a lot. To understand how to build relationships given this diagnosis, I found a useful resource — adhd in relationships. It describes the nuances of interaction in detail, and for the first time I felt that we were understood. Now I try to put the advice into practice — it has become much easier and calmer.

Hello! Could you suggest a site where I can find materials on how ADHD affects relationships with a partner or family? I would like to read articles that offer real advice and methods for solving problems that arise. If you know, I'd appreciate a link!
