We recently finished building a patio, but the whole backyard is a mess now. The soil is uneven, there’s barely any grass left, and I’m not sure what kind of plants would survive here. I’m overwhelmed and don’t even know who to call or where to start. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?

Yeah, after our home extension project, our backyard looked like a demolition zone. The ground was compacted in places, muddy in others, and nothing would grow properly.
