Is Buildium too much for a small landlord? I’ve got less than 10 units and was considering it, but now I’m reading that something like TenantCloud might be better suited for smaller portfolios. Curious if anyone’s done a side-by-side comparison or made the switch.

I totally get where you’re coming from — Buildium is powerful, but it’s really geared toward larger property managers. When I tried it with my small portfolio, I felt like I was paying for features I didn’t even need. TenantCloud felt like a much better fit. It offers a clean, easy-to-use interface and gives you what you need without overcomplicating things. I loved how quick it was to set up leases and manage rent collection. Plus, the pricing made more sense for landlords with fewer than 10 units. If you're still on the fence, this guide gives a great breakdown of what you really get from each option. It helped me make a smarter choice without overpaying.

This was super helpful — thanks! I had the same concern about Buildium being too much for my setup. I didn’t even know there was a better option for smaller landlords, but TenantCloud sounds like what I’ve been searching for.
