Exactement le même ras-le-bol ici. Mais il y a quelques semaines, je suis tombé sur https://rizzcasinoenligne.com/ via un commentaire sur un forum de joueurs. Honnêtement, je m’attendais à rien… et au final, j’ai été bluffé. Interface fluide, jeux variés, bonus sympas, et surtout : les retraits sont rapides. J’ai retiré 60€ et reçu ça le lendemain. Le support est aussi hyper réactif, on m’a répondu en moins de 10 minutes. C’est pas souvent que je dis ça d’un casino en ligne, mais là j’ai vraiment senti une différence dans la façon dont ils traitent les joueurs.

J’ai testé trois sites le mois dernier, et les trois m’ont déçue. L’un bloquait les retraits en dessous de 100€, l’autre refusait ma carte alors qu’elle marchait partout, et le dernier a mis plus de deux semaines pour virer mes 80€. Ça devient vraiment pénible. Je sais que ça fait partie du jeu, mais quand même, un minimum de sérieux ça ferait pas de mal.

Franchement, j’en peux plus des plateformes où tout semble bien au début, mais dès qu’on essaie de retirer, ça devient la croix et la bannière. Délais interminables, documents qui disparaissent, support client fantôme… Je veux juste un casino en ligne où je peux jouer tranquille et retirer mes gains sans passer par 15 étapes. Ça existe encore ?
