Ik had een vreemd probleem bij een ander casino, waarbij mijn bonus midden in een spin verdween en de klantenservice dagenlang niet reageerde. Weet iemand, nog voordat ik me aanmeld bij Crystal Roll, hoe goed hun klantenservice is? Snelle reacties of eindeloos wachten?

Ik heb twee keer contact met ze opgenomen – beide keren via de livechat – en ik kreeg binnen een minuut antwoord. Ik had een keer een inlogprobleem en dat hebben ze in minder dan vijf minuten opgelost. Ze hielpen me ook om mijn account sneller te verifiëren door mijn documenten live te controleren in plaats van via e-mail. Het is niet zo'n chatbot die standaardberichten herhaalt; je praat met echte mensen. Ik heb met tientallen casino's te maken gehad en eerlijk gezegd is hun team een van de meest responsieve die ik ooit heb gezien.

Snelle reacties maken echt een verschil. Ik heb een paar sites helemaal laten vallen vanwege slechte ondersteuning – niets verpest de stemming sneller dan twee dagen wachten op een standaard e-mail.
