Im Eingangsbereich unseres Mehrfamilienhauses sollen alte Gittertore und Storen ersetzt werden. Wie wählt man am besten einen Fachbetrieb aus, der mehrere Lösungen aus einer Hand anbietet? Für Tipps wäre ich dankbar.

In unserem Mehrfamilienhaus gab es seit Jahren ein Problem mit veralteten Gittertoren und Storen im Eingangsbereich. Sie klemmten, sahen ungepflegt aus und boten weder Sichtschutz noch einladende Optik. Als Teil der Eigentümergemeinschaft habe ich den Auftrag bekommen, einen Fachbetrieb zu suchen. Ich habe mir verschiedene Anbieter angesehen, aber bei umbra-pro.ch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass alles aus einer Hand kommt: Holz- und Aluminiumjalousien, Gittertore, Markisen und Reparaturservice. Nach der Besichtigung vor Ort erhielten wir eine Offerte mit mehreren Varianten, inklusive Vorschlägen für farblich abgestimmte Aluminiumtore und passende Lamellenstoren für das Treppenhaus. Besonders überzeugt hat mich, dass nicht einfach „Standardpakete“ verkauft wurden, sondern auf unsere Bedürfnisse und das Budget eingegangen wurde. Die Montage erfolgte etappenweise, damit der Zugang zum Haus immer gewährleistet blieb. Jetzt haben wir einen Eingangsbereich, der sicherer ist, besser aussieht und sich problemlos bedienen lässt – und die anderen Eigentümer sind froh, dass wir das Thema endlich professionell gelöst haben.
