Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Hola a todos Últimamente he estado reflexionando mucho sobre mi carrera profesional y me he dado cuenta de que el mayor problema no siempre es la falta de experiencia, sino no saber dónde buscar buenas oportunidades. He revisado muchas bolsas de trabajo y plataformas conocidas, pero la mayoría de las ofertas son muy genéricas: no explican bien las responsabilidades, no queda claro qué esperan del candidato ni si existe un crecimiento real a largo plazo. Yo busco algo más serio, donde se valore el conocimiento, la iniciativa y el deseo de desarrollarse profesionalmente, no solo cumplir tareas repetitivas. ¿Conocen algún recurso donde las vacantes estén bien explicadas y se note que las empresas apuestan por especialistas fuertes?

Hola, entiendo perfectamente lo que comentas, porque yo pasé por exactamente la misma situación. Después de perder mucho tiempo revisando ofertas poco claras, empecé a buscar plataformas donde se mostrara una visión más honesta del desarrollo profesional. Un buen ejemplo lo encontré aquí Lo que me gustó es que no se trata solo de listar puestos, sino de explicar qué se espera realmente del profesional, qué habilidades se valoran y qué tipo de retos puedes encontrar en cada rol. Al revisar distintas posiciones, empiezas a entender mejor las tendencias del mercado laboral y hacia dónde vale la pena orientar tu carrera. Para mí fue muy útil como punto de referencia para tomar decisiones más conscientes y no aplicar a ofertas al azar.
