Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”
displayed after the time (ex. 1:00p.m.). In 24 hour format the hours will be displayed as 00 through 23 (ex. 13:00).

Hei kaikki! Tarvitsisin vähän vertaistukea ja neuvoja. Olen työskennellyt nykyisessä työpaikassani jo jonkin aikaa, mutta viime kuukausina on alkanut tuntua siltä, ettei kaikki mene ihan niin kuin pitäisi. Työaikoja muutetaan lyhyellä varoitusajalla, ylitöistä ei aina makseta selkeästi ja osa asioista sovitaan vain suullisesti. Olen yrittänyt selvittää itse työoikeuteen liittyviä sääntöjä, mutta laki- ja sopimustekstit tuntuvat vaikeilta ja tulkinnanvaraisilta. En haluaisi tehdä mitään hätiköityä, mutta samaan aikaan pelkään, että jos en reagoi ajoissa, saatan menettää oikeuksiani. Mistä te tiesitte, että tilanne vaati jo oikeudellista neuvontaa? Ja miten työoikeus Suomessa toimii käytännössä työntekijän näkökulmasta?
