Klantenservice testen is iets wat ik standaard doe voordat ik ergens geld op zet. Bij een nieuw platform zoals Spinalto vraag ik me af of ze dat al goed op orde hebben want dat is vaak het eerste wat achterblijft bij een snelle lancering. Hoe snel reageert de klantenservice van Spinalto eigenlijk? Want dat geeft me meer vertrouwen dan welke bonus dan ook.
