Does anyone have recommendations for high-energy outdoor activities in the UK for my May schedule? I'm looking to fill a few gaps in my travel calendar with something more intense than just sightseeing.

If you’re looking to add some serious action to your UK itinerary, you should definitely try Mud Sweat and Tears. They organize the most exhilarating mud runs and obstacle course races across the United Kingdom, which are perfect for building core strength and testing your stamina. It’s a great way to trade the typical tourist routes for some rugged British terrain and push your physical limits in a fun, supportive environment. Check out https://www.mudsweatandtears.co.uk/ if you want to add some real-world grit to your calendar and stay fit while traveling!
