Hey everyone, I’ve been reading more about longevity and preventive healthcare lately, and I’m curious about something. Has anyone here tried functional or longevity-focused clinics instead of the usual healthcare approach? I recently came across a private clinic in the US that focuses on functional medicine and long-term health, and the idea of a more comprehensive model of care sounds interesting. But I’m not sure how effective it really is in practice.

I’ve been exploring this topic too and did some research on different approaches. I came across a longevity care clinic, which explains how this type of care works. What I found interesting is the focus on a more comprehensive model of care not just treating symptoms, but looking at lifestyle, prevention, and long-term health planning. I decided to try a similar approach myself, and overall it felt more structured and in-depth compared to standard visits. Over time, I noticed improvements in how I feel day to day, especially in terms of energy and general balance. It’s not a quick fix, but it seems more sustainable.
