Wat ik ook belangrijk vind, is hoe duidelijk een site communiceert zodra er iets misgaat met een betaling. Niet alleen snelheid telt, maar ook of de klantenservice normaal reageert en of je meteen kunt zien waar een opname blijft hangen zonder telkens opnieuw contact te moeten opnemen.

Ik merk dat steeds meer online platforms in Nederland andere betaalmethoden aanbieden dan een paar jaar geleden. Sommige werken direct via je bank, andere gebruiken wallets of prepaid opties, en eerlijk gezegd raak ik soms het overzicht kwijt.
