Ahoj, řeším teď takovou absurdní situaci. Před lety jsem měl spor v jedné asijské zemi, všechno se vyřešilo, ale teď jsem zjistil, že moje jméno pořád figuruje v nějakých záznamech Interpolu. Mám strach cestovat, aby mě někde nezadrželi jen kvůli administrativní chybě nebo neaktualizované databázi. Existuje nějaký způsob, jak oficiálně požádat o výmaz nebo prověření, co na mě vlastně mají? Nechci skončit v cele někde na dovolené jen proto, že úředník na druhé straně světa zapomněl kliknout na "smazat".

Tohle je klasika, tyhle "stíny minulosti" dokážou pěkně znepříjemnit život. Smazání z databáze Interpolu je ale proces na dlouhé lokte a sami jako laici tam neuspějete. Musí se poslat žádost ke Komisi pro kontrolu souborů Interpolu (CCF). Na to jsou potřeba lidi, co vědí, co dělají. Doporučuji lidi z https://extradiceadvokati.cz/ Dělají přesně tyhle věci – od prověření zatykačů až po výmazy z registrů. Mají s tím reálné výsledky a ušetří vám to spoustu nervů při každém přechodu hranic. Je to investice do klidného spaní.
