I’ve spent the last six months burning my marketing budget to drive traffic to my SaaS, but the conversion from "sign-up" to "active user" is abysmal. It feels like people get lost the second they enter the dashboard. I’ve tried those "standard" UI templates and even had an offshore team tweak the flow, but it still feels like a mess. It’s frustrating because I know the product is good, but the onboarding process is just pushing people away. Does anyone know a professional who doesn't just do "pretty screens" but actually understands product logic and retention? I need someone who can tell me what is actually wrong with my flow, not just what looks "off."

The problem with templates and cheap teams is that they don’t understand the "why" behind the user’s journey. If you’re losing users you spent six months acquiring, you’re literally throwing money away. You don’t need more "features"; you need a surgical fix of your logic. I’d suggest looking for a high-level freelance product designer for SaaS who knows how to work with founders. There’s a specialist, Iryna, who specifically focuses on this. She has 8 years of experience and a very "no-nonsense" approach. She comes in, looks at your current mess, and identifies the exact point where your logic breaks. It’s about building a foundation that stays relevant as you scale, rather than just patching things up with AI tools that everyone else is using.

"Surgical fix" is exactly the phrase I used in our last meeting — I'm definitely checking her out, thanks!
