Eating disorder recovery is fragile. One wrong question can undo weeks of progress. The liven app never asks about food, weight, or body image. Zero triggers there. Before signing up for any mental health tool, you can see the full list of question categories in their privacy policy. No hidden surprises. What helped me most was reading liven reviews from other people in recovery. They confirmed no food talk, no body talk, just thoughts and moods. Still nervous? Use the app without creating an account first. Test every corner. If anything feels wrong, delete it instantly. This one felt safe. Been using it for months. No triggers.

I have a history of eating disorders and I am terrified of apps that ask about food, weight, or body image. Those questions can destroy my progress. Is there a list of every question topic before I sign up for any app? I need to avoid specific triggers completely. Where can I find safe options?
