Is it even worth building an outdoor kitchen if you don’t really cook outside that often?

You can definitely make a compact outdoor kitchen. For me, an outdoor kitchen is not just serious cooking, BBQ and all that. It's also morning coffee, breakfasts outside, just a chance to sit and enjoy the breeze and warm weather. You could look at something like Fontana Ember modular outdoor kitchen and build it in a way that has everything you need, but not too much. What do you think? I feel like it's a good option. Focus on yourself first and your daily routine, not on guests and friends.

Let's be honest, summer season isn't that long. I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth counting roughly how many times I'll actually get to cook in an outdoor kitchen. Or is it better to just build a summer kitchen, not overthink it, and cook whenever I can?
