Ça fait trois jours que j'attends la validation de mon compte sur Spinboss après l'envoi des documents. Je sais pas si c'est normal ou si j'ai loupé une étape. Quelqu'un a déjà passé par le processus de vérification là-bas ? J'aimerais savoir combien de temps ça prend en moyenne avant de pouvoir vraiment jouer.

Trois jours ça peut paraître long mais c'est pas forcément anormal selon les plateformes. Moi j'avais exactement la même interrogation avant de soumettre mes documents. Un joueur sur un forum avait partagé son expérience via le https://spinboss-officiel.com/ et plusieurs francophones confirmaient que la vérification prenait entre 24 et 72 heures selon la charge du moment. Ce qui aide c'est de soumettre des documents bien lisibles dès le départ parce que les allers-retours pour un document flou rallongent tout. Dans mon cas c'est passé en moins de deux jours et ensuite l'accès au retrait était immédiat. Donc si tu as envoyé des pièces claires tu devrais pas tarder.
