I usually start with league stats. For me that's the base, and then the next layers go on top, like form, injuries, coaches, substitutions and so on. For the first part I've been trying to use Football Correct Score https://footballcorrectscore.com/ lately. It's not a calculator or an automatic betting bot, it's more like general info on all nine leagues. You can see which scores and how many goals are most common. I look at it to make sure my own feelings don't drift away from the real stats.

I think predicting is really hard. Especially when the situation isn't obvious, like when there's an objectively strong player and a team that loses a lot. But even there you get surprises.

I'd like to hear from people who've been betting for a long time and really analyze and predict everything themselves. I think it's a huge achievement when you manage to predict something and get a result like that.
