Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”
displayed after the time (ex. 1:00p.m.). In 24 hour format the hours will be displayed as 00 through 23 (ex. 13:00).

It has long been a dream to have my articles seen by people from other countries, but I have no desire to translate them myself, maybe there is a good company that can do localisation.

If you want to become more popular, you can't do without localization of your work, I would recommend not even trying to translate it yourself, because you will lose a lot of time and maybe even the meaning of the articles, so I suggest you try to do it through a copmpany https://www.pangea.global/localization-company/ They have been localizing texts at the right level for a long time.
