Ich höre immer wieder unterschiedliche Dinge über die Verifizierung in verschiedenen Casinos und möchte deshalb speziell nach Hugo Casino fragen. Ist deren KYC-Prozess aufwendig oder nur Standard bei Auszahlungen? Die Verifizierung an sich stört mich nicht, aber ich hasse ständige Dokumentenanfragen. Was kann ich realistischerweise erwarten?

Der KYC-Prozess von Hugo Casino wirkt eher vernünftig als streng. Beim Spielen über https://hugo-casino.de/ erfolgt die Verifizierung üblicherweise erst bei Auszahlungen und nicht willkürlich während des Spielens. Es werden Standarddokumente – Ausweis und Adressnachweis – benötigt, und wenn alles in Ordnung ist, ist die Verifizierung in der Regel einmalig. Ich habe festgestellt, dass das Hochladen qualitativ hochwertiger Scans Verzögerungen und Nachfragen per E-Mail vermeidet. Die Verifizierung erfolgt zwar nicht sofort, aber auch nicht unnötig in die Länge gezogen. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Anforderungen im Vorfeld klar und verständlich erklärt werden. Nach der Verifizierung läuft die Kontoverwaltung reibungsloser und planbarer.
