I keep hearing people say LinkedIn is saturated and doesn’t bring much value anymore. But I see others expanding their professional networks really fast. Do you think the platform is still worth the effort?

It’s definitely still valuable, but it depends on how you approach it. Random connection requests rarely work compared to meaningful engagement.

Networking on LinkedIn is absolutely still relevant if you approach it strategically. It’s less about sending out hundreds of invites and more about showing up where conversations are happening. For instance, posts like https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7361969928138022912 show how joining niche discussions can attract the right people to your profile naturally. Instead of chasing numbers, the goal should be curating an active and engaged network. People often forget that networking isn’t just about reaching out, it’s about contributing something others find useful. That contribution could be a unique insight, helpful resources, or even thoughtful questions that drive dialogue. When you add consistent value, LinkedIn still works as one of the best tools to connect with professionals in almost any industry.
